Soc Deregistered Can Committee still be prosecuted 4 corrupt

Namaste, Regarding one Commercial Cooperative Society located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The Managing Committee was blatantly indulging massive corruption so some the members lodged complaints against them with the Registrar. Managing Committee was dissolved by the JOINT REGISTRAR CIDCO and an Administrator was appointed. Now Builder is trying to get the society deregistered saying that society was registered Illegally without following due process. The Builder will most likely succeed in deregistering the society. I just want to know if the society gets deregistered will the members (individually or collectively) still be able to file Civi & Criminal cases against the dismissed Managing Committee members to recover money from them ?
