sir,
i have been working in a credit society pvt. ltd. for the past 10 years. many colleagues came and went and right now i m working all alone with one of the Directors helping me in the daily work.for which he is being given honorarium of rs.3000/- from past 1 year, thus undermining my work. i feel cheated.
the salary started with 1250 to 1650 to 2000 to 2250 to 2500 to 3000 and so on
.the salary now still is 5500/- only
i do the work of cashier cum accountant plus loan recoveries and also the day to day transactions
they even dont give a a bonus i.e a months salary. AM I ENTITLED FOR IT.
besides that am i entitled for gratuity and other benefits.
could i get to know from u sir.
