I have few queries about the SRA Rules.
My Mother is a Patra tanent of A SRA project at Vileparle, Mumbai as per the Annexure 2.
- Could you please help us know of What can we do to put a Stay on Patrata? Is it Possible?
- SRA has declared the tenants Patra on the proof of 1995 voters list and other proofs of residency of our place, And the survey of our chawl was done in 2011, and also the redevelopement and rebuilding started in 2014, So could you please tell us, if there is any law stating that if the tenant herself is not staying for some amount of years in the slum but her family is, then she is not considered as a Patra. Is it ? cause all the documental proofs state that she is the sole candidate of the slum.
