Shall leave period adjusts againest the notice period

Dear All

please give the your valuble suggestion for the followings


1. Is the leaves are adjusted againest the notice period while on resignation  if adjusted what is the last working day of the employee

2. is the employee eligible to get the minimum bonus even the company on loss after 4 years

3. when the employee can get the minimum bonus


It is the discretion of the o/o Appointing Authority to adjust balance leave in notice period or not. During the notice period company would like the employee at work station, for completion of tasks, handover, exit formalities.

As per Payment of Bonus Act Sec10,:


Within 8 months from close of accounting year and Before 30th Nov to avoid penalty.
