I have bought an apartment in bangalore for Rs. 19 Lakh + 1.5 Lakh parking + 1.5 Lakh amenities + 1 Lakh BESCOM(Electricity board) and BWSSB( Sewage Board). Totally 23 Lakh
The sale aggrement is made for Rs. 13,54,000 and the construction aggrement is made for Rs. 9,46,000. Totally 23 Lakh.
The builder is asking for 7.8 % of 23Lakh Rs. 179400 as VAT and Service Tax. This seems very high for me.
Can you please help.
