I took the flat and paid the full amount to builder along with service tax. when I asked for possession , builder is now asking for service tax .
When I asked for proof for the non payment of service tax for my flat , he is silent on that.
I under stood that he already paid the service tax to my flat which i already paid to him.
what is department or organisation to approach to find the service tax details paid to my flat.
can I get the receipt of the same from service tax department?
Please let me know the details how to get the paid service tax details
