Seperated & anticipating divorce

Hi to all the knowledgeable person.

I have been separated for over a year & anticipating divorce.

I have a PPF account on my name single.  No where my spouse' s name appears & all money deposited therein is from my official income.

My question is very simple & straightforward:

Can the amount in my PPF account be considered for alominy or child maintenance?

Legal advice from professionals lawyers would be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards.

amount of PPF is whole and sole for you. No claim can be made by whoever and thereafter....

Better put your whole facts to get proper suggestions.

The value of freedom is measured by the cost of struggle,If you need freedom then you have to become a fighter ….as no other option.

Well Sir,

I am anticipating Divorce & have some hard earned money put in my PPF Account totally from my income, which reflects in all my IT returns.

The account does not have my spouses name anywhere.

My question is very simple.  I had heard that PPF account cannot be attached by any court of law.  Would the amount therein be considered in any ways for alimony or child support ?

What more clarity do you need?
