Name redaction in pil

already googled a little I want to file PIL against a poltical party top leader I dont have much connections /trust/ sources for NGO or another lawyer I could not find provision for ananmyity due to safety concern PIl will be straight and hardly need to explain and I dont think except for my verificaton i need to explain much plz help
