Seeking bail

Chargesheet filed US 419/420/468/471 My Friend is already In judicial custody for 2 months now. Another person got a bail 2 months back but since my friend had been made the main accused Sessions Judge ordered to wait till the chargesheet being filed. Now where can we apply for the bail in the metropolitan or in the sessions? And what is the probability of getting a bail.

A District Court usually handles the cases which are Civil in nature. The jurisdiction of a District Court is given in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Sessions Court, on the other hand, handles the cases which are Criminal in nature. The jurisdiction of a Sessions Court is given in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
