Hello everyone,
Can someone help with me with section 62 of the arbitration and conciliation act 1996 as I am unable to pay loans and won't be able pay it for a while due to the loss of job. EMI's has pilled up and after 6 months I was able to get a job. I won't be able to make payment for another 6 months as I've family and kids to take care of. Can anyone help me with a suggestion on the above issue?
