Dear intellects I have a question regarding Section 144 of CrPC.I had booked a flat but the promoter of the said premise absconded with the money of many people including mine.Now the landlord of the said premise has done section 144 so as to stop us from any further construction.Is it viable as per law and what is the relevance with injunction.The landlord has just 144.
