Dear all,
The Hon'ble Supreme Court ruled in my favor and stayed the operation of the impugned order of the High Court.
The lower court (magistrate court) is not implementing the SC order. Initially the learned magistrate did not accept the order copy printed from the SC website and asked for a certified copy and adjourned. By the next hearing the learned magistrate received certified copy of the order directly from the SC registry. However, now the learned magistrate is postponing execution of the order until final disposition of the case at SC.
I am thinking around the following options.... Please guide me on what should I do?
a) Write to the Registrar- Supreme Court seeking assitance in executing the order of the SC
b) File a contempt petition in the SC
c) File a petition under 482 Crpc in the High court praying to direct the learned judicial magistrate to execute the order of the Supreme Court
Please help.
