Dear Sir I got married in 2002 and in 2005 i have filed divorce petitioner, petition is under process and we are living separate since Dec.2003. Now i have decided to live with another woman as live in relationship.
What precution should i take ?
or can my wife book me in any case?
498a is also running (at the stage of charge)

Better you have to get divorce first. Then you can marry another women. Before that you married any women. it is punsihed uder law.

Yes. you can live to gether. There was no rule to stop the live in relationship. suppose your partner says, you are a Husband to her then you have to face the problem. Still in our country there was no rules for live in relationship.

1. Never get married.
2. Your wife can file divorce on grounds of adultery.
