Sc land

ON 23/08/1969 MY FRIENDS” GRAND FATHER (NON-sc) PURCHASED ONE LAND FROM THE SC’S IN kARNATAKA. The same was purchased by sc’s during 1944. Now I (non_sc) wish to purchase the same from my friend. My question is 1.Whether PTCL ac t will apply for me? 2.Can I purchase it?

You may check if it was some grant land conditions on such land.

Your own able counsel specializing in revenue, property, civil matters can render proepr legal opinion.
