Hi sir,
I am planning to purchase a land from muslim person. This land is situated under lucknow nagar nigam. The land was sold firstly by SC to Ahuja a sindhhi family then ahuja family sold this to muslim family. Now i am planning to purchase this. None of among buyers has daakhil khariz. Till time this land owner is SC as per daakhil khaariz.
In one of your reply, you were talking about any lawyer in lucknow.

The Supreme Court of India on 20 September, 2012 ruled that the land belonging to SC or ST,cannot be bought by non - dalits. Including companies.

You better consult a local lawyer, take his opinion and then proceed with the intended purchase.
