Sale of mortgage property by bank

Sir, I am shalini aged 60 years borrowed loan of Rs 30 lacs against the house property worth 3 crores. I am unable to pay the emis since I have retired and no source of income and i am a widow. I have decided to sell the property. But the cooperative society bank is now forcibly selling the property for 90 lacs without any court order. Can the bank do this? What are my legal options.

Mam,

You can file an appeal in DRT for the stay of the auction sale.
