Sale agreement of a flat

Dear Sir`,

Around 14 years back in 1999 My dad was purchased a flat, with the amount of 1.10Lakhs, At that time we did only Aggrement in Rotary (Both party signature is there) and he gave us whole original house paper at that time. Due to financial problem my dad could not afford house ownership transfer from 1st owner's name to his name. So he didn't.

Now when we are planning to transfer ownership he is refuse and he took all the original house paper forcefully which was he gave earlier.

1. Now he is telling you have not given any amount.

2. If you want to buy then you have to pay recent running value of the flat (which is much higher).

3. He is telling that signature was fake, he didn't signed any thing in any paper,

4. He also telling everyone that they gave that flat for rent purpose and we are not paying any single rent from 1999. So he is planning to vacent the house.

Sir , Please tell us what is way we can follow in this point of time.

If we will go for any court case what is the percentage of chances that case will come in our fever.

We am waiting for your reply ...

Thank you in Advance.

1. We have Original Registration Paper with both Party signed on that.

2. We have all original Municipality payment Bills. Few of them was paid by my dad and few of them are paid by Previous Owner

3. All xerox copy of original document which was forcefully taken from us.

4. All Original installment payment receipt which was paid by my dad after purchase.

Your query remains lot of questions unanswered, but still going by the above statement of yours, as of now you can file civil suit ,not to disturb peaceful possession of yours.
