Are only you being targeted or salary for all the employee is kept on hold?
You need to serve legal notice to the company and also register complaint before the Local Police station against the employer, HR Head for not complying with the statutory duty.
As far as quitting the company or termination of employment is concerned, it is an independent issue. But salalry cannot be withhold by the company illegally.
