Three months ago, i am working in private company Computer access pvt. ltd. which IT service poviding company. They not give my 17 day salary . When i talk to Head HR they said you receive salary on 27 sep. but still iam not receive my salary, also the head is not responding me over phone & mail, even i send the mail to the MD of the company for the same , he also not responding. And my zonal manager and reporting manager also not responding. Also the not give my releiving letter and experience letter and PF.
Please suggest me what i do to get my salary from the company
