we are software development company situated in gorakpur we are hiring women employee for marketing purpose and their work area is 50 Km form their head quarter . what is safety policies for women employee specially for marketing personnel.

The software companies are covered by (name of the state) Shops and commercial establishments Act that was enacted to govern the service conditions of employees working in such establishments......

You may go thru Sec;5,22

and approve TP in such manner so that they start from office and return to office within office hours ........and provide PF,ESIC,Employee compensation Act benefits,group insurance,group mediclaim,safe transport if it is deep interior territory......and reliable transport is not available............if groups can be formed and male employee can be attached like that.........
