The first step is to seek information under RTI Act seeking full details of Name of the beneficiary with father's name, work executed, dates of wage payment, amount budgeted and actually spent, offiacials involved in inspection and copy of such inspection report.

After getting the details, a comprehensive complaint can be filed before collector.   Please search in google for MNREGA and  you can find the scope of the scheme and essentials.
