We are residing at a village of west godavari district, A.P. We are residing at my home since forefathers time. We dont have road to my home. but till now we are going through neibhours way. Recenty we went for survey of our land. By this survey, we found that our land was occupied by our immediate neibhour and constructed their home at that land. Beacuse of this, instead of our land occupied by them, we are asking them to give us perminant way through their road. But they blocked us to go through their road and said that they will not give us either occupied land or way to go. Now we dont have way to go out. Because of this, we have to vacate our place. but, our land is Half an Acra and registered land. But neibhours land is not registered and is called as "Grama kantakam". Please give me a suggestion to get the road to my home. Is there any Act in india that gives us right to have the roard for residential home. please help me any one in this.
