Rights of a blood cancer child ?

RESPECTED SIR , I HAVE A SON OF 9 YEARS OLD WHO IS SUFFERING FROM BLOOD CANCER SINCE 2010.

MY WIFE HAD DESERTED US IN 2011 DUE TO THE DISEASE OF THE CHILD. WE BOTH LIVE ON RENT.

TREATMENT OF THE CHILD IS ON . WE HAVE NOBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD. SIR I WANT TO KNOW  IS THERE ANY

KIND OF SPECIAL AID THAT GOVT CAN PROVIDE US ? CAN THIS DISEASE BE KEPT UNDER DISABILITY ACT ? AS

SIMILAR DISEASES THALESEMIA AND HEMOPHELIA ARE ALREADY UNDER DISABILITY RESERVATION. WHAT

SHOULD I DO ? ANY OTHER HELP THAT GOVT CAN PROVIDE US ?

You can claim maintenance from your wife by filing a maintenance case on her

Under 2(i) of Disabilities Act, disability means:

(i) blindness;
(ii) low vision;
(iii) leprosy-cured;
(iv) hearing impairment;
(v) locomotor disability;
(vi) mental retardation;
(vii) mental illness

That means this disease can't be kept under Disabity Act .
