namste sir ! they are not mentioning any reason or any other remarks in termination order. they are just terminate my service under proviso to subrule (1) of rules 5 ccs 1965.

i am surprised,how cag avails the benefit of these rules and not falling in any ministry.today i realise the balance of beureaucrcy and democracy must be needed in goverment employment. they treat me like a slave and without consider my problems,they get rid off by termination.but i must be fight for justice sir

sir i want to ask you some query

1. if i ll get another job and i ll mention this termination, is this a problem for considering my eligibilty in another emplyement?

Termination per se is not a bar for future employment.

However it is entirely the discretion of future employer how it views the termination.
