Right on Agricultural land

Hi All, This is Yoga from Andhra pradesh. I have a query as below. In a survey number 8.4 acres of land is there. A, B & C are owners. 1) Out of 8.4 acres as per court degree made in 1956 A got 3.7 acres B got 3.7 acres C got 1.0 acres 2)But in 1964 partition happened as below Out of 8.4 acres as per portion deed made in 1964 A got 4.2 acres B got 4.2 acres C's name is not there in partition deed. Since 1964 A & B are paying 8.4 acres land tax and maintained records in revenue. A and B has pattadar passbook and aantal for 4.2 acres each. And no where C is presented in any Revenue records. After 61 years C is coming and asking for his share. Will C get his share 1 acre? Though he hasn't regularize his 1 acre land? Please answer' Thanks in advance. Yoga
