REVOCATION OF OFFER
An offer can be revoked as per section 5 of the Indian Contract Act,1872.
Revocation is the withdrawal from a legally binding obligation.
Rules related to revocation of an offer-
1) It must be done prior to acceptance or communication of acceptance.
2) It must have valid reason to revoke.
3) The revocation must be communicated.
