Revision petition u/s 397 crpc

Can any one tell the procedure for filing Revision u/s 397 CrPC challenging the Interim Order Passed by Principal Family Court Judge in Bombay High Court????

Also, is it that we need to file seperate application for getting stay on the same matter which undertrail in lower court?

What is the time period require to get the stay on the proceedings once the case is filed in Bombay HC?

Revision can not file in an interim order unless the final order or judgement is pronoused.
