Restrictions on khasgi vanikaran land

I am planning to buy a 6 acre land in Velhe, Pune. Zone dakhla says "Vanikaran". But there is no mention of Vanikaran zone on the 7/12 extract. This land is touching forest zone land boundary. I want to set-up a poultry, fish farm, bee keeping, etc. Please advice if it is possible to do all this in Khasgi vanikaran land. Will I get legal electricity & water connection on Khasgi vanikaran land? Will I get permission for blasting to make a well, & levelling the land? Will I get permission/license to setup a poultry? Will I be able to construct cottages/permanent construction on this land? If yes, what will be the FSI? Thank you!
