Response to false criminal complaint

A false criminal complaint has been filed against me by a relative, alleging that I attacked him and voluntarily caused hurt. Further false allegations have been made that I am illegally holding property title documents with the intent to cheat my own family members of their legal share.

The complaint has been filed in the local police station. Until now there is no F.I.R. lodged.

The complainant is not willing to withdraw the complaint, although other relatives are urging him to do so.

The complainant has connections with the police and some real estate mafia.

The relatives are asking me to talk to the Sub Inspector at the Police Station.

Kindly advise the methods that can be used to cancel the complaint and ensure that no charge is filed.

Thank You.
