Hi,
I m a SC candidate, I have applied a post which is critera that reservation for general is 60% and for sc/st is according govt. rules. I have 52% marks instead of 60% marks. I have apply for that post being a SC/ST and departmental candidate but commission has been rejected my application with saying that any SC/ST geting must be min. 55% marks in graduation not 50% marks.
My question is, there is any rules or order that have mention that sc/st have score 50% and general is 60% is eligible.
pl' help me giving correct postion of SC/ST percentage of marks in direct reqruitment or departmental recruitment.
