As per Reservation Policies by Govt of India, Ex-Servicemen are to be given 10% total vacancies during recruitment.
The recruitment notification issued by United India Insurance Company on 18 Nov 14 through IBPS, indicates only 3% of reservation is allotted Ex-servicemen, which is against the rules. Is it legally allowed to recruit ex-servicemen below their actual reservation percentage?
The recruiting agency is in Mumbai and Headquarters of United India Insurance Company is in Chennai.I stay in Coimbatore. If a stay order for the recruitment to be issued, what is the procedure and whom should I contact?
