I own a 1200 sqft carpet flat in Mumbai out of which 400 sq
ft carpet is terrace with a Pvt entry from my flat and not accessible to other members.as my building is old so it is going for redevelopment. I would like to know as per rera rules how
much area I am liable from the builder for my 400 sqft terrace.
