This is Naveen, I am buying a builder house in Gurgaon and the house is own by two persons (Mother and Son). Unforunately, mother got expired during the period of agreement and before registry.
Further, my loan was santion from HDFC bank but now the HDFC legal lawyer is asking me for Requistion Certificate. Although HUDA has already appoaved and providing the reallotment letter on the Son's name on the basis of legal hire / death certificate and some other HUDA processes.
My query is it possible to get requisition deed in Gurgaon, if yes how ?
