Requirement of court order

Hi

My Father and Mother got Divorced on the Year 1994 from Tis Hazari, Delhi.

My Father has Expired on 2009 and I don't Know where is my mother since her  Divorce.

My Father got only the Photocopy of the Decree of Court Order.

Now the question is that anybody can help me in getting the Certified Copy of Court Order from Court.

I also hired a Advocate who is proven of No Help and also taken Fee for such.

Pls Help.
