Pls. give your valuable suggestions on the following:-
One of my client having some agriculture land. above land received in family partition with elder brother. on the death of parents of my client above land divided in two parts and entered in the books of Patwari ( Khara Khatoni) since 15 years before. at that time sisters of our clients ( 03 Sisters all are married & setteled with their own family) not raise any objectios in the said partitions. our client want to dispose off above land by way of sale.
Now query is that they ( sisters) can raise any legal disput for availing the share in that property or sale consideration.
