A hospital in FARIDABAD running on rented/leased property . Offered me to provide space for medical shop on deposit of 5.0 lacks security deposit and 25% of sale. I cant understand is it right and possible. or its is something fraud. The medical store is already licensed and under operation of hospital. Now they offered to give security money and make an aggrement, and start buisness there.
If i accept what should i do to secure my security deposite.
