Rental property

Hello my name is jaganadham iam a retired employee. I have given my flat for rent to muslims. They are not paying me rent nor vacating my house. They are claiming that they are muslims minorities she not able to find house to move. If i go legally can i get attorney my lawyer fees from them because i don't have money to file a case. Even tenants are recording my voice and filling a case on me reverse if i ask them to move
