Sir,
I have been a tenant since 1967 and had lot of issues with our owner since then. Our landlord has
stopped taking rent since 10yrs now and we have been requesting him since then to accept the same.
He has always been able to prolong the issue and since we are now in talking terms with him, not
tried to go the legitimate way.
Please guide us as to how we can send rent to him whereby our intent to pay is Seen.
Moreover he is already in legal issues with his siblings over the heir issue .
