Why do you want to adopt judicial route? All routes don't go through only the courts of law.

Very simple, hire services of some safaiwala and get removed the garbage. What you want to spent on the litigation, you can get cleanliness achieved with very less cost, as compared to your wastqage of money, time and efforts in litigation. The garbage, would remain their and add more and more in wait of the order of the court, if any practical route is not adopted.

Mind it, the concerned authorities are not employed merely to get salries just to enjoy their authorities and also the peoples representatives are not elected just to provide them office of profit and to do nothing, so far as their responsibilities towards the general public are concertned.

So, the 2nd alternative is to contact the concerned officer of the municipality and file your complaint with him. Let him discharge his duties and responsibilities.

3rd alternative is, contact the local municipal counseller, show him the dump and make him realise his responsibilities, why you have elected him as your representative?

4th alternative is to meet the MLA of the consituency. He may also use his good offices to get the school environments kept clean by pursuing with the concerned authorities.

5th alternative is to remind the MP of your area also, why he ignores your area to make the authorities awared of about their duties and responsibilities.

BY THE WAY, WHY AND AGAINST WHOM YOU PREFER TO ONLY TO FILE SUIT UNDER CRPC 133, INSTEAD OF APPROACHING THE AUTHORITIES AND PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVE?

Mr. Parameet Singh,

Also, please make sure, if Sec. 133 can be used for filing a PIL?

Garbage dumps are identified by MC.

So you are right; Safaiwalaa can remove garbage and not Garbage Dump.........

Bring the matter in the knowledge of higher officials Education Board, Minister, Ministries, media, Commissiner ;MC and they are to find dump elsewhere..........

You can also file plea to; NGT.........

It can provide with speedier remedy....

Court of law do decide such matters.............
