My self-worked during 20th feb 2013 to 4th july 2013 at mahindra satiyam as a pay role of verinon solution private ltd.while working i got opportunity at hcl tech and i give notice period as mentioned 1 month .mahindra satiyam project manager release me from project after my notice period but parent company not willing relieve me from company. Also last month salary not provide them. since i was follow up with parent company. They didn't answering my mail. Once they verbally said contract amount has to pay verninon.
I joined hcl as my old experience .but recently changed my project .the project team checked with hcl bvg team stating as my self not yet relieved old company .they must want all employee BVG in green.please advice me how i can go for this court.
