Page no : 2

NM (j)     21 May 2016

Earlier I/O has nullified all the charges. Reinvestigation done by new I/O and submitted a wrong final report stating 498a is to be levelled against me. Surprisingly, the witnesses doesnot support the 498a charges.

The Chargesheet has been submitted in the court. On the first date i urged with the Judge that all the allegations are false and they have falsely arrested me earlier. The judge has heard me and asked to come with a lawyer next date and didnot framed charges. What to do next? Can the FIR still be quashed at this juncture?

On the first date after the charge sheet, I told the judge that all the allegations on 498a levelled are false. The re-investigation also confirms 75% of the allegations to be false. The hon'ble judge heard me and said to comeup with a lawyer. Meanwhile he said that he will not frame any "CHARGES" on me. What does this mean?

well judge has given a positive response.

contest the case on merits, you will definitely get acquitted.

Can the Judge nullify the case, and not "FRAME CHARGES" at all? Is it necessary that a full TRIAL will take place before acquittal?
