Hi Sir,
During past year there were news regarding government is going to regularize contractual workers working in govt. offices. Is this has been done or there any news or judgement regarding absorbing contract employee/ contractors employee to the principal employer.
Please let me know if there is something in favour of contract employees working in govt. offices under Central Government.

There is no such order. On the contrary Govt encourages more posts to be outsources.

Sir,
I am working in an autonomous Central Govt. Institute since 19 years. I will retire in September 2017, no PF was deducted from my salary wich was on fixed basis. Can I claim any thing before retirement, how will I and my wife survive in old age wihout any finance.
