Information solicited:
1)Please provide specific reasons for registering Land of ......Acres/Hectares in Survey No....of....Village vide Doc.No....in Book No.....Volume No....Page No....on..........without pass book, and provide certified copy of laid down norm /Orders/ Notifications that empowers Registrar to register the land without valid pass book.
(There is no format of applciation in AP and you have to affix adhesive court fee of Rs.10/- as RTI fee. The applciation should have your full name and address, and should be sent by Regd post. Once they provide certified copy of such GO/Notification, you can yourself notice if there was violation or not. It is the precaution that buyer has to take and if buyer is satisfied, registration can not be refused by Registrar)
