Registration of property with huf pan card

Hi, I am going to purchase one resale preperty, this property is not inthe name of HUF but seller has given HUF pan card to be mentioned in sale deed agreement. I would like to know 1. Is any trouble to me in future. 2) During signing at the sub registrar office this will have any query or not?

there wwould be no problem for selling the land if the PAN in the agreemt is HUF ,but make it sure that the signatures on the agreement are of all the family members of the said HUF pan card and the witnesses shall be the same at the time of resale .
