please can you help me with this matter?is it mandatory to register a magazine before publication or can we do it after 2-3publications?RNI says we have to send for title verification and after that register title within 2yrs so it doesnt expire but does not say wih immediate effect and onemore advice please advice if a practising advocate can become owner and editor of a magazine.this magazine is on general topics.
