We live in a |co-operative GH society in Noida. We have 30 flats in the society where the transfer was done by the society on transfer of share certificate. Currently the regsitration is open for first allottees but there is no clarity on these 30 flat owners on how they will get there registration done.
There is a mixture of cases in this 30.
1. There are people where the seller(first allottee is available and willing to help)
2. There are people where the seller is not traceable
3. There are flats sold more than once and some of the people in the chain have expired.
Please advice how the registration of such flats can happen. This is probably a wider issue but any advise would be of great help.
