Hi All
in agreement only carpet area is mentioned i.e. 39.90 sq meter (430 sq feet). never mentioned flower bed area.
No where mentioned the super built up area or any other area not even on floor plan.
while in qutation mentioned carpet 476 sq feet inclusive of flower bed area and while with qutation floor plan show the super built up area 680 sq feet but same not attached with the agreement.
is this legal ?
