sir
we are working in public sector undertaking in kerala . we had a union of employees that is not yet registered .which is not related to any party trade unions.
we want to know after registering this union can we file a case against management in court or human rights commission.we also want to know whether management can legally take any action against the leaders of this union like suspension or disciplinary action.

The said Trade union has to be recognised by the company as per the rules of the Trade Union act, after that the Trade Union will have its own power as laid down in its own bye-laws.
