Query:
For a registered rent aggrement do I need to have the power of attorney (given to my wife) registered ....can it be done with a notarised power of attorney

Just wanted to clarify about the rent agreement for setting up the ATM. For a registered rent agreement, it's generally advisable to have the Power of Attorney (PoA) registered as well. However, a notarized PoA can also be used for executing the rent agreement on behalf of the property owner.

It's always a good idea to consult with a local lawyer to ensure everything is in order and complies with local laws.
