Vaild and registered gift deed confers ownership with immediate effect.

Yes, it is correct. A  Registered Gift Deed is effective immediately after the execution. Society, which you mentioned need not to hold the transfer

Whether other legal heirs have any objection for it?

The gift deed is an obsolute and immediate transfer after paying necessary stamp duty to the government and it takes effect immedietly. Have you perused the documents relating to the Gifted properties?. If it is a self aquired property of donors then the question of NOC from the legal heirs of the deceased donor does not arise. You may get a title opinion form a lawyer regarding this issue and submit it before the society.
